This executive leadership position provides operational oversight for a portfolio of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers throughout Maryland and Delaware , partnering with center leadership to achieve excellence in quality, service, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and employee engagement.

What You'll Do

• Provide operational leadership and strategic direction for a portfolio of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers.

• Mentor and support Licensed Nursing Home Administrators in achieving operational, clinical, financial, and regulatory goals.

• Monitor key performance indicators and implement strategies to improve quality, occupancy, labor management, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.

• Partner with regional clinical, human resources, reimbursement, and support teams to drive organizational success.

• Promote survey readiness and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and company standards.

• Develop future leaders while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

• Build strong relationships with physicians, referral partners, and community stakeholders.

• Travel throughout Maryland and Delaware to support assigned centers.

What You'll Need

• Current Nursing Home Administrator (NHA/LNHA) license in good standing or eligibility for licensure in Maryland and/or Delaware.

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.

• Multi-site leadership or regional operations experience preferred.

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

• Strong understanding of skilled nursing operations, CMS regulations, state regulatory requirements, reimbursement, labor management, budgeting, and quality improvement.

• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, develop leaders, manage change, and achieve operational and financial objectives.

• Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to travel throughout Maryland and Delaware.
