Area Vice President

Overview Gallagher provides risk management solutions to clients. This hybrid account management and production role focuses on renewal/retention and new business acquisition while delivering high‑level client service. Responsibilities Manage account activities and production responsibilities within a hybrid model. Pursue renewal and retention opportunities and achieve new‑business goals. Develop and successfully acquire new business revenue from both new and existing clients. Provide a high level of client service to assigned accounts. Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree and 3 years related experience, or high school diploma/GED and 8 years related experience, and required license. Preferred: Professional designation such as CPCU, CIC, or ARM; excellent sales capabilities; outstanding verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal behaviors.
