Job Description

Implement the brand strategy as defined by the Global Brand Creative Leadership Team. Partner with the Associate Art Director to produce and version digital assets across web, app, and email, helping bring Levi's® creative to life while ensuring consistency and quality.

Key Responsibilities

· Collaborate with creative partners to support the development and execution of concepts across digital channels (site, app, email, blog, social, and paid media).

· Create and version high-quality digital assets, applying established creative direction across website, email, and marketing projects.

· Execute against weekly projects (promotional programs, site, app, email, paid media), ensuring assets support responsive design principles, e-commerce best practices, and follow brand guidelines.

· Support fast-paced, quick-turn production work, collaborating closely with marketing and project management to meet deadlines.

· Assist in the execution of email programs (including lifecycle/triggered campaigns), ensuring consistency and attention to detail across outputs.

· Work closely with merchandising teams to ensure product accuracy across all digital deliverables.

· Apply an understanding of social and digital trends to help maintain a relevant and consistent brand voice across channels.

· Bring a proactive mindset to production workflows, helping identify efficiencies and improvements across processes.

· Maintain high standards of design quality, brand consistency, and overall user experience across all deliverables.

· Participate in weekly creative reviews and incorporate feedback into work.

· Partner with creative project management to maintain deadlines and mitigate issues.

Experience Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field from an accredited institution, plus 2-5 years of professional experience in digital graphic design.

· Experience in retail marketing and / or digital brand experience working direct to consumer ecommerce preferred.

· Experience working with quick-turn weekly email programs preferred.

· Strong understanding of the online web development process, coding language, digital / video file format standards, browser compatibility, and function of UX / wire fames and information architecture.

· Creative thinker with a portfolio demonstrating strong ideas and design work.

Skills / Abilities Requirements

· Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat), with in-depth knowledge of digital and video / motion tools and production technologies, including: HTML/CSS, mobile/tablet, e-commerce, wireframes, prototyping, social media platforms, digital paid media, and blogs.

· Experience working in a content management tool for web is preferred.

· Experience with AirTable, Basecamp or similar project management tool is preferred.

· Familiarity with Adobe AEM or similar asset management is preferred.

· Strong typography, composition, and design skills to turn concepts into clear, effective work.

· Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines concurrently.

· Ability to execute high-quality work under tight deadlines.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

· Comfortable with working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
