Our client, a manufacturing industry leader, is seeking a dedicated Production Helper to join their team. As a Production Helper, you will be part of the production department supporting the winding and cutting processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Helper

Location: Greenville, WI

Pay Range: $23.00

Shift: 1st shift for training, then go to second shift

What's the Job?

• Set up and operate winding machines to produce various sizes of tubes according to job specifications.
• Review job orders to determine appropriate equipment and materials, including mandrel size, belt, and paper width.
• Adjust machine components such as angles, tension, and spacing to ensure quality production.
• Verify measurements like outer diameter and core thickness hourly, documenting results accurately.
• Operate tube saws, ensuring proper blade selection and adjustments for precise cuts.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• One to three months of related experience or training preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and manuals.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
