Adelphi is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide services to students at schools in Plano, Texas. The ideal candidates will conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized intervention plans, and collaborate with educational teams to improve students’ behavioral, social, functional, and academic outcomes.

Requirements:
• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
• Valid Texas behavior analyst license
• School-based experience
Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive functional vision and learning media assessments to determine educational impact.
• Provide direct instruction and implement appropriate material adaptations to support academic access.
• Recommend, implement, and support assistive technology solutions for students with visual impairments.
• Collaborate with Orientation & Mobility specialists and classroom teachers to ensure coordinated service delivery.
• Participate in ARD/IEP meetings and contribute data-driven recommendations to support student success.
• Any other duties as assigned.
