Discover the life that awaits you at Accor, visit Do what you love, care for the world, dare to challenge the status quo! #BELIMITLESS Job Description Reporting to the Director of Event Sales & Services and Associate Director of Event Sales & Services, the Event Services Coordinator is responsible for managing the daily operations of the Event Services Team and providing comprehensive administrative support to Event Directors and Service Managers. Key Responsibilities Include Answer and manage incoming telephone communications in accordance with Fairmont Standards, ensuring professional and timely responses. Prepare and maintain accurate written correspondence, including contracts, proposals, reports, Banquet Event Orders (BEO), event schedules, printed menus, and formal communications. Administer information systems, including menu input, average check updates, BEO documentation, document template management, and inquiry assignment across multiple platforms. Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by the Event Services team. Coordinate site inspections, menu tastings, and internal communications with operational departments on behalf of management. Provide client support in the absence of an Event Services Manager, delivering professional and solution-focused service. Ensure event spaces and collateral materials maintain presentation standards consistent with luxury brand expectations. Facilitate effective communication between Banquets, Culinary, Rooms, and operational teams to ensure client needs and special requests are properly conveyed and executed. Provide administrative support and assume coordinator responsibilities across the Event Services Team as required. Other duties as assigned.
