Phlebotomist

Position: Phlebotomist Location: Mesa, AZ (East McKellips Road) Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm, with additional days/hours as needed Job Responsibilities Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups. Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, and related testing. Perform accurate and timely data entry of patient information. Process billing information and collect payments when required. Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis. Maintain patient and specimen information logs. Provide superior customer service to all patients. Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary. Travel to additional sites when needed. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications Phlebotomy certification or completion of a formal training program. Two or more years of experience as a phlebotomist. Geriatric drawing experience. Additional Job Standards Phlebotomy certification or training program must originate from an accredited agency. Must pass a standardized color‑blindness test. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proven track record of exceptional customer service. Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
