Overview New Internal Medicine opportunities in the Palm Beach, Florida area. The client is a private group, large practice that is extremely established and part of an ACO. The practice focuses on quality measures such as HEDIS and Humana Gold patients. The patient base is approximately 65% geriatric. Schedule 1 day a week: 10 a.m. – 7 p.m. 1 Saturday a month: 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. Other weekdays: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Responsibilities Provide internal medicine care with a focus on geriatric patients. Participate in patient and hospital call rotations. Sign patient charts and provide coverage when the hospitalist is out. Attend hospital rotations in the two local hospitals for which the provider will be credentialed. Use EMR systems, preferably e-clinical works. Qualifications Board certified in Internal Medicine. Experience with Medicare Advantage patients. Experience with HEDIS, Meaningful Use, and Humana Gold patient requirements. Able to work in the South Florida area and understand local patient demographics. Non-visa applicant (no visa sponsorship). Compensation Salary will depend on resumes and experience, with an annual performance-based bonus. No partnership opportunities are offered. Other No visa option is available.
