A great Sales Manager builds a department that performs consistently and gets better over time.You’ll be expected to:Grow new and used vehicle sales and market shareImprove closing ratios across showroom, phone, and internet opportunitiesMaintain strong front-end gross while balancing volume and customer experienceDrive consistent F&I opportunities through a disciplined sales processEnsure leads are responded to quickly and professionallyImprove appointment set, confirmation, show, and sold ratesRecruit, train, coach, and retain high-performing salespeopleUse dealership data and daily performance metrics to identify problems and opportunitiesMaintain strong CRM discipline and follow-up throughout the departmentDeliver excellent customer satisfaction and protect the dealership’s reputationBuild a culture where people are accountable to one another and genuinely work as a teamThe standard is continuous improvement.
