Senior Business Planning Analyst

Eligible employees can work from home up to one day each week.How You’ll Make an ImpactCoordinate and monitor budgets while overseeing re-forecasting activities to ensure alignment with financial objectivesDevelop and interpret financial concepts to implement planning and control measures across SpectrumPrepare and review comprehensive reports and analyses to support operational decisionsAnalyze data trends in operational budget spend to help teams meet Key Performance IndicatorsBuild and deploy financial models to forecast results and identify cost savings opportunitiesCreate operating expense reforecasts and conduct variance analysis and reportingPerform monthly reviews of financial statements to identify trends and recommend improvementsEducate and recommend changes to accounting operations policies and proceduresDrive process improvements by implementing best practices in forecasting, budgeting and management reporting, including automation where possiblePartner with functional leaders to identify and realize cost savings across SpectrumWhat You’ll Bring to SpectrumRequired QualificationsEducationBachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experienceExperience5+ years of business planning, financial analysis or related experienceSkillsStrong prioritization and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic teamSkilled at handling multiple projects and prioritiesProficient in analyzing and interpreting dataQuick to identify business problems and opportunitiesClear and straightforward oral and written communication skillsAble to communicate effectively with all levels of management and personnelKnowledge of Word, Excel and other relevant software applicationsUnderstanding of advanced accounting theory and proceduresFamiliarity with operating and capital financial statements#LI-JV1 FAN340 2026-80323 FAN340 2026 Here, our employees don’t just have jobs, they're building careers.
