Customer Service Representative

We've partnered with our client to help find a Customer Service Representative to join its team. This position is onsite in Boston, MA. Responsibilities Fulfill customer orders including searches, document retrieval, preparation, filings, and recordings Coordinate with customers, vendors, and agencies to resolve issues and meet deadlines Explain services, processes, and jurisdictional requirements clearly and accurately Make timely decisions to meet client expectations Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction Assist with training on products, requirements, and internal systems Qualifications Associate’s degree or 1 year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment Experience with UCC, mortgage, lending, or commercial banking preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; strong data entry skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively Strong organizational and time management skills Willingness to work overtime as needed Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
