As the Dining Supervisor you oversee multiple dining venues including "600 Park Lane Restaurant", our "Coppertop Pub" and the Steel Kettle Bistro. Provides oversight of dining team, responsible for creating, posting and updating employees work schedules. Assigns and monitors employee work; coaches staff on work performance, problem solving, conflict resolution, trains staff and provides opportunities to improve employee performance and job satisfaction. Supervisor is also responsible for keeping kitchen stocked and following legal compliance. This position needs an outgoing and creative leader who wants to positively impact the lives of our residents, as well as fellow employees, through notable meals and quality service.
