Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

• Facility Type: Outpatient
• Shift Name: Days
• Schedule: Typically Monday to Friday; potential for four 10-hour shifts
