IT Support Technician

Seeking an IT Support Technician with experience working for a computer software or hardware company, assisting customers with products and providing computer support internally to company employees. The technician is responsible for maintaining the company’s computer services and equipment. Their duties can include troubleshooting to detect and solve technical problems, installing or updating required hardware and software and recommending computer products or equipment to improve company productivity. Technical Qualification: The candidate should have experience in the following.
