What You'll Do:

• Provide direct patient care in the Neuro ICU for critically ill patients
• Monitor intracranial pressure, ventilators, and telemetry systems
• Perform IV starts and other invasive procedures
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Ensure compliance with all safety and clinical standards
• Document patient data accurately in Epic EHR
• Float within units of equivalent or lower acuity as needed

What You Need:

• Active Ohio RN license
• Minimum 2 years of Neuro ICU experience
• Certifications: BCLS, ACLS, NIHSS
• Proficiency with IV Start, Ventilators, Intracranial Monitoring, and Telemetry
• Strong clinical skills and ability to adapt quickly
