Case Manager

Job description: We are seeking for a Case manager who has experience with EB3 visas. Provides a client service-based approach to businesses that require visa service for their employees. The case manager will have primary responsibility for working on immigration petitions, extensions, and others.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Collect and prepare all necessary documentation for various immigration applications with strict deadlines; Ensure that applications are free of mistakes and include all essential information required to meet regulations; Communicate on behalf of clients with State Workforce Agencies, Department of Labor, and the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services; Maintain accurate, complete, and confidential case files on company’s proprietary platform; Performs advanced case work with limited attorney supervision; Serves as a main point of contact for specific clients and regularly communicates regarding procedural and case processing issues; Maintains consistent lines of communication with other team members to ensure questions are answered and tasks are completed; And other tasks as requested/needed Education Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. Requirement 1-2 years of experience in immigration law Proficiency with office software including Microsoft Office Suite Experience with employment-based immigration (including E-B3 PERM filings) Skills Superior organizational and time management skills including meticulous attention to detail Ability to handle highly confidential information with professionalism and integrity Must be able to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines Outstanding attendance and punctuality Teamwork capacity to include the ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with people in the department and the organization in general Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with policies and procedures Excellent written and verbal communication skills; researching/problem-solving skills Excellent client service skills and the ability to promote and maintain a strong commitment to the mission and values of the organization Ability to use logic and reasoning to understand, analyze, and evaluate situations and exercise good judgment to make appropriate decisions.
