Role Description The Case Manager is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Houston, TX. This role manages a portfolio of immigration cases, coordinating communication among clients, attorneys, and internal team members to ensure all steps in the process are completed accurately and on time. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include collecting and organizing client information, tracking case progress, preparing and maintaining case files, and monitoring deadlines and required documents. The Case Manager will respond to client inquiries, provide status updates, and escalate issues to attorneys or leadership as needed. The role also involves maintaining detailed records in case management systems, supporting process improvements, and contributing to a client‑centered, professional service environment. Qualifications Strong organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple cases, deadlines, and documentation requirements. Clear written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients, attorneys, and internal stakeholders. Ability to work accurately with detailed information, maintain confidential records, and follow structured processes. Customer or client service experience, preferably in legal, immigration, social services, or a similar support‑focused setting. Comfort using case management or CRM tools, spreadsheets, and standard office productivity software. Demonstrated problem‑solving skills and sound judgment when addressing client concerns or case issues. Capacity to work effectively on‑site in Houston, TX, both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Relevant education or experience in immigration, law, social work, human services, or related fields is beneficial.
