Richloom Fabrics is seeking a meticulous, team-focused Account Coordinator (Finished Goods) to join our Clinton, SC distribution center. In this role, you will be the vital link between our customers, overseas mills, and internal teams — managing orders from entry through delivery and ensuring every customer receives an exceptional experience.

What You'll Do

Order & Account Management

• Manage and maintain customer accounts, including manual order entry and allocation
• Set up styles in the Clinton AS400 system for RV finished product
• Enter and track customer orders through AS400
• Maintain current RV pricing in AS400
• Distribute the daily no-match/no-stock report to the Customer Service team

Overseas Coordination

• Issue of purchase orders to overseas mills based on customer demand
• Follow up directly with mills to ensure on-time delivery
• Coordinate with RV customers on mechanical approvals and container releases from overseas

Customer & Cross-Team Collaboration

• Serve as a responsive, reliable point of contact via phone and email for a diverse customer base
• Manage customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and effective resolution
• Partner daily with Shipping and Sampling Departments to track order follow-through
• Collaborate across Sales, Purchasing, Accounting, Management, and Shipping/Receiving to keep orders moving smoothly

Billing & Reporting

• Manage billing for all finished RV product orders
• Prepare detailed sales reports in Excel

What You Bring

• Customer service experience in manufacturing, importing, or warehouse distribution preferred
• Experience supporting suppliers and major accounts, ideally within the RV, OEM, or Hospitality industries
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage a fast-paced volume of email
• A genuine sense of urgency and follow-through
• Comfort handling and resolving customer complaints effectively
• AS400 or other mainframe experience a plus
• Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and general web navigation
• College education preferred
