ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2019, and today I lead a talented team of eight professionals. Before becoming an agent, I built my career in the insurance industry as a Regional Vice President and District Manager in home service, experience that taught me the importance of leadership, collaboration, and putting clients first. I graduated from Limestone College with a degree in Business and have been running businesses since I was just 13 years old, so entrepreneurship and hard work are truly part of who I am.

Outside the office, I'm deeply involved in our community. I serve on the Legacies Leadership Board through the local Chamber of Commerce and coach 8U football, baseball, and basketball - all of which allow me to stay connected and give back. Community involvement is a core part of our mission, and we're always looking for ways to make a positive impact beyond insurance.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Chris Callahan - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Compensación: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
