Before becoming an agent, I worked as a team member in another State Farm agency, giving me firsthand experience in the business. I'm a graduate of the University of North Florida, have three children and two grandchildren, and enjoy spending time with my pets and horses. Being part of our community is important to us. RESPONSIBILITIES: Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Answer customer inquiries and requests. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. QUALIFICATIONS: Dedicated to customer service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
