ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2019, and today I lead a talented team of eight professionals. Before becoming an agent, I built my career in the insurance industry as a Regional Vice President and District Manager in home service, experience that taught me the importance of leadership, collaboration, and putting clients first. I graduated from Limestone College with a degree in Business and have been running businesses since I was just 13 years old, so entrepreneurship and hard work are truly part of who I am.

Outside the office, I'm deeply involved in our community. I serve on the Legacies Leadership Board through the local Chamber of Commerce and coach 8U football, baseball, and basketball - all of which allow me to stay connected and give back. Community involvement is a core part of our mission, and we're always looking for ways to make a positive impact beyond insurance.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Chris Callahan - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
