Role Description We are seeking a full-time Licensed Real Estate Salesperson for a hybrid role based in the Detroit Metropolitan Area, with some remote work flexibility. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties. Daily tasks include conducting property showings, negotiating deals, providing exceptional customer service, and staying current with real estate market trends and regulations. You will be expected to build and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to the continued growth and success of Epique Realty. Qualifications Valid Real Estate License and knowledge of real property and real estate transactions Strong Sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets Excellent Customer Service skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and negotiation skills Familiarity with the Detroit Metropolitan Area real estate market is a plus Proficiency in using technology and AI tools to enhance real estate services Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred but not required #J-18808-Ljbffr Epique Realty
