TR/TRANSPORTATION SUPERVISOR

JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for shuttle operation, providing leadership to other driver's on assigned shift and transportation for guests and team members. Job Requirements EDUCATION: * High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. SKILLS: * Ability to compose routine departmental correspondence i.e., letters, reports, memorandums, etc. (Test required) EXPERIENCE: * Minimum of three (3) years guest service experience. * Minimum of two (2) years experience driving with a Class B CDL with passenger endorsement. * Minimum of one (1) year supervisory and/or dual rate supervisory experience in a transportation field. * Minimum of one (1) year working experience utilizing Microsoft Word and Excel computer programs. * Prior experience creating and implementing team member schedules preferred. OTHER REQUIREMENTS: * This position is considered "safety sensitive" and will be required to undergo periodic drug/alcohol testing. * Must be 18 years of age or older. * Must possess a valid Washington State Driver's License *Out of state applicants hired for this position will be required to obtain a Washington State Driver's License within 30-days of hire. * Must have a minimum of a Class "B" Commercial with passenger (P1) with air brakes license. * Must possess a driving record capable of meeting the organizations insurance criteria. * Must be comfortable driving longer distances and maneuvering in various traffic and conditions inherent in the Seattle Area. * Must be flexible to work all gaming sites, the Tulalip Resort Casino, Quil Ceda Creek Casino, and Bingo. * Must be able to successfully pass a background investigation for a Tribal Gaming License or Permit. * Must be available to work any shift assigned to include days, swing, grave, split shifts, weekends, and/or holidays. * Must have a successful employment history with the Tulalip Tribes and/or other employers.
