Rick Hendrick Toyota Sandy Springs Location: 6475 Roswell Rd NE, Atlanta, Georgia 30328 Summary Sells new or used vehicles at a profit to the dealership while ensuring customer satisfaction. Supervisory Responsibilities This job has no direct supervisory responsibilities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Meets dealership sales goals. Greets customers and determines make, type, and quality of vehicle desired. Explains features and demonstrates operation of vehicle in showroom or on demonstration drive. Suggests optional equipment for customers to purchase. Computes and quotes sales price, including tax, trade‑in allowance, and discount. Completes paperwork accompanying vehicle sales, including but not limited to preparing sales slip or sales contract. Arranges for delivery and registration of vehicle. Researches availability of models and optional equipment. Engages in business development. Addresses customer concerns. Maintains CSI at or above company standards. Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area. Participates in required training. Records all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping system. Follows Safeguard rules and regulations. Demonstrates the company’s core values. Complies with company policies and procedures. Observes all federal, state, local and company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education GED High School Diploma Associate Degree Bachelor Degree Master Degree Doctorate Degree Field of Study / Work Experience Accounting Automotive Business Human Resources Information Technology Desired Work Experience Up to 3 years 3-5 years 5+ years Additional Requirements Prior sales and/or customer service experience desired. Valid driver’s license mandatory. Knowledge of Microsoft Office; willingness to learn customer‑management web applications. Strong communication skills: ability to understand and follow instructions, and to communicate effectively with customers and company personnel. Regular, predictable attendance required. Scheduled shifts may include evenings, weekends and holidays. Physical demands: must stand, walk, sit frequently; must talk or hear. Environment: work performed indoors, outdoors on car lot; may involve moving around facility and interacting with drivers.
