As we continue to grow, we are creating a new Sales & Sourcing Specialist role designed for someone who thrives on the energy of being involved in large opportunities, meeting timelines, exceeding expectations, and owning opportunities from start to finish.

This is a unique career opportunity for an experienced fastener industry professional who wants more than a traditional sales or sourcing position. In this role, you will combine technical product identification and sourcing expertise, quoting, and sales strategy into one streamlined customer-focused function.

This role will initially be onsite/in-office Monday-Friday with a hybrid schedule available after learning period of 6-12 months. The annual salary range for this role is $65,000-70,000 per year with an opportunity to earn up to an additional $10,000/year in variable compensation for profit plan achievement. 

What You'll Do:

• This role is responsible for managing complex opportunities that often involve large lists of parts requiring:

  -Product identification

  -Cross-referencing

  -Vendor sourcing

  -Strategic pricing

  -Customer communication

  -Quote development

  -Opportunity follow-through

• You will work across industries and customer types without geographic limitations, supporting opportunities nationwide.
• Review customer part lists, prints, descriptions, and specifications
• Identify and cross-reference fasteners and related industrial components
• Source and purchase products through manufacturer and distribution networks
• Develop accurate and competitive quotations
• Communicate directly with customers to clarify requirements and build relationships
• Collaborate with sales, purchasing, operations, and leadership teams
• Utilize technology, ERP systems, CRM tools, and supplier resources to drive efficiency
• Track opportunities and maintain organized project follow-up
• Help improve internal processes and scalability as the company grows

We are looking for:

• Fastener industry experience
• Strong understanding of industrial, manufacturing, or construction fasteners and related products
• Strong sales and customer communication skills
• High level of computer proficiency and ability to learn systems quickly
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Ability to think critically and solve sourcing and product challenges independently
• Experience with ERP, CRM, or sourcing platforms
• Quoting, purchasing, inside sales, or sourcing experience
