Job Description

Dinamic AS Group is seeking a highly organized and motivated Event Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of company events and client-facing initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about creating memorable experiences while ensuring all event logistics run smoothly.
Responsibilities
Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of events from concept to completion.
Coordinate event schedules, venues, vendors, and logistics.
Communicate with clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure event objectives are met.
Monitor event timelines and ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule.
Prepare event materials, presentations, and documentation as needed.
Track budgets and assist with expense management.
Support on-site event operations and troubleshoot issues when necessary.
Maintain accurate event records and post-event reports.
Qualifications
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
