PT - Physical Therapist

Outpatient Physical TherapistWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Outpatient Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients in accordance with their individual needs and physician direction. Responsibilities include developing, implementing, and modifying treatment plans to ensure effective community reintegration for patients. The ideal candidate will also educate patients, families, and colleagues while adhering to the organization's mission and core values.ResponsibilitiesComplete comprehensive evaluations for assigned patients and develop individualized treatment plans.Maintain accurate and timely medical record documentation in compliance with guidelines.Ensure patient care is delivered under signed, valid physician orders and proper insurance approvals.Participate in student program activities, providing supervision and evaluations as needed.Actively pursue professional development and maintain licensure in good standing.Engage in performance improvement initiatives to enhance service quality.Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureDegree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.Minimum of 1 year of outpatient clinical experience.Current CPR certification.Valid State licensure for Physical Therapy.Previous experience with Select Medical is a plus.ScheduleThis position offers a 5x8 schedule, providing a structured work environment conducive to patient care.Assignment DurationThis is a 13-week contract position.Why ARMStaffing?At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
