Outpatient Physical TherapistThe Outpatient Physical Therapist will evaluate all assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify treatment plans according to the patients' needs, goals, and physician direction. This role includes the delegation and direction of all discipline-specific therapy services for those assigned patients, focusing on their effective return to community activities.ResponsibilitiesComplete comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients.Utilize clinical reasoning to develop appropriate treatment plans and goals.Document medical records clearly, concisely, and accurately in compliance with state and federal guidelines.Ensure care is provided under signed, valid physician orders within insurance approval.Participate in the student program by providing a positive learning environment.Actively create a professional development plan and pursue ongoing professional growth.Adhere to discipline-specific State Practice Act and maintain professional licensure in good standing.Understand the organization's performance improvement methodology and follow through on initiatives.Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureDegree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.1+ year of outpatient clinical experience.CPR certification required.ScheduleThis is a 5x8.0 schedule position.Why ARMStaffing?At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
