You'll bring your expertise as a licensed Physical Therapist, ensuring that students achieve their highest potential and mobility goals throughout the academic year. With a set schedule of five days per week, you can interact with a wide variety of age groups and work alongside passionate staff members in a collegial atmosphere.

Qualifications:

• Active Illinois Physical Therapist (PT) License
• Previous experience with K-12 students preferred, but motivated newcomers are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Ability to travel between three designated school locations

Responsibilities:

• Assess, develop, and deliver individualized PT interventions for students in need
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school teams to monitor progress and adjust plans as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
• Encourage student independence and participation in educational settings
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based problem solving
