Construction Superintendent

Trillium Construction is now seeking a Construction Site Superintendent (Contract) in Arlington Heights, IL (Northwest Suburbs of Chicago). This is a 5–6 month project (Starting mid-May, approx. 5/18). Now seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to oversee a ground‑up, 1‑story Leasing Office and Fitness Center project within an active apartment community. This role requires full on‑site leadership, managing all phases of construction while ensuring minimal disruption to surrounding residents. Key Responsibilities Lead daily on‑site construction operations Manage subcontractors, schedules, and project workflow Enforce safety protocols and maintain site compliance Coordinate deliveries, inspections, and site logistics Oversee traffic control, parking coordination, and access within an occupied community Monitor quality of workmanship and ensure project standards are met Pay rate is $50/hour.
