  • Collaborate with Diverse Healthcare Teams: Work hand in hand with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to ensure well-rounded, holistic patient care.
  • Educate Patients and Families: Provide instruction on therapy techniques to empower patients and their caregivers for continued progress on their own.
  • Track and Adjust Patient Progress: Monitor rehabilitation outcomes and make necessary adjustments to ensure each patient stays on their path to recovery.
Education Requirements
  • Hold a degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Continuing education and post-graduate certifications are valued and encouraged.
Licensure & Certification
  • Current and valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
  • NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory.
