Leasing Consultant – Property Management Schedule: Monday–Friday Pay: $18-$19 per hour Location: Eudora, KS 66025 We’re looking for an energetic, customer‑focused Leasing Consultant with Yardi Voyager experience to join our property management team. If you enjoy helping people find their next home and thrive in a fast‑paced, service‑driven environment, this role is a great fit. What You’ll Do Greet prospective residents and conduct engaging property tours Respond promptly to phone, email, and walk‑in inquiries Process rental applications, verify documentation, and prepare lease agreements Enter, update, and manage resident information in Yardi Voyager Assist with marketing efforts, online listings, and resident events Support move‑ins, renewals, and daily office operations Ensure model units and common areas are clean and inviting Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and prospects What You Bring Yardi Voyager experience required Leasing or property management experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy office Professional appearance and positive attitude Comfort with technology and office software Team‑oriented mindset and willingness to learn Benefits Through BG Staffing Weekly pay Health, dental, and vision insurance options PTO or sick leave in accordance with applicable state and local laws Referral bonus opportunities BG Staffing is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
