Program Analyst

Duties

Serves as a J-62 expert on DLA acquisition business policies and processes supporting the acquisition life-cycle management across business processes such as finance and audit processes.

Serves as the focal point for coordinating and reviewing strategies/plans across emerging automated information system (AIS) programs.

Identifies and tracks key performance indicators for standardized enterprise processes including but not limited to business capability management.

Oversees the management of the programs and initiatives, identifying and ensuring adherence to the baseline of approved IT acquisition business requirements and implementation of changes to these requirements.

Prepares written and verbal reports on initiative and program directives.

Serves as a team leader over assigned projects and acts in the absence of the supervisor.

Serves as an expert of the DoD 5000.02 which provides the policies and principles that govern defense acquisition system and forms the foundation for all DoD programs that include weapon systems, services, and automated information systems (AIS).
