Forklift Operator - 1st Shift

Forklift Operator
We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator with experience handling bundles of cardboard without skids. The ideal candidate will also assist with general labor tasks, including sorting products and assembling packaging displays.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a sit-down forklift to stack and unstack cardboard bundles.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently.
- Assist with general labor duties as needed.
- Assemble and build displays for packaging products.
- Stand for the entire shift while performing job duties.
- Sort through boxes to identify usable and defective products.
- Follow all company safety guidelines and supervisor instructions.
Requirements:
- Must have experience handling cardboard bundles with no skid in between.
- Prior experience loading and unloading trucks.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Team player with a strong work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a warehouse or packaging environment.
- Knowledge of basic safety procedures for forklift operation.
