SPC Supply Chain Analyst

The Scientific Team at Russell Tobin and Associates is hiring a "Supply Chain Analyst" for a top leading medical technology organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and monitor transactions within SAP Global Trade Services (GTS).
• Support export self-filing processes and ensure accurate transactional record management.
• Manage the flow of information between internal and external systems, including freight forwarders, ERP modules, and the U.S. Census system.
• Coordinate with trade compliance, transportation, and other export-related stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on export matters related to global trade compliance.
• Perform additional trade operations and transportation-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Experience with Export Controls or related Trade Compliance functions.
• Familiarity with SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) and export documentation processes preferred.
• Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills.

Additional Details:

• Location: Eagan, MN
• Position Type: 6 months contract
• Pay rate approved: $25-27/hr. on W2 depending on experience
