Position Overview The Customer Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service while managing orders, resolving inquiries, and ensuring accurate and timely communication throughout the order fulfillment process. This position is responsible for building strong customer relationships, coordinating with internal departments to meet customer expectations, and maintaining accurate records to support operational efficiency. By providing a positive customer experience and contributing to on-time order execution, this role directly supports departmental goals and the achievement of the company's Management by Objectives (MBOs). What you'll do Responsibilities Answering questions about a company's products or services. Processing orders and transactions. Resolving issues and troubleshooting technical problems. Collecting and analyzing customer feedback and keeping records as needed. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers. Must be able to learn our products and product lines to be able to answer questions.
