Staff Accountant This is a full-time, permanent, direct hire opportunity based in the Irvine, CA area. Base pay range $75,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr Key Responsibilities Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable Prepare budgets and forecasts Perform general ledger reconciliations Review and validate accounting records and transactions Assist with periodic audit processes Requirements Ability to work full-time onsite in Irvine, CA Chinese language skills are a plus but not required Minimum of two years of corporate accounting experience Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level) Familiarity with QuickBooks, SAP, or Peachtree is a plus Professional, positive, and friendly demeanor Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Accounting/Auditing Industries Wholesale Import and Export #J-18808-Ljbffr
