Associate Territory Manager, Specimen Management (Northeast)

Associate Territory Manager role supporting BD's Specimen Management sales efforts in the Northeast region. The position involves field sales support, customer relationship development, product training, and administrative responsibilities across assigned territories with up to 75% travel.
Responsibilities
- Support regional and national sales teams while gaining healthcare exposure
- Deliver product information, clinical education, and training to customers
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of Specimen Management portfolio
- Collaborate with field associates and regional management on sales planning and account prioritization
- Execute in-service training and communicate pricing, policy, and product updates to customers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-2 years outside sales experience or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with 3 years consecutive driving history
- Ability to travel up to 75%
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to relocate for account representative positions
- Basic knowledge of laboratory, nursing, and medical device industry
