Leasing Agent

We are seeking a prudent Spanish speaking Leasing Agent to be responsible for the day-to-day operations of assigned multi-family residential property. The goal is to maximize asset value and revenue by maintaining high occupancy and tenant satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily site operations of multi-family properties ensuring smooth operations Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company regulations Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants Respond to leasing leads in real time via phone and email Support marketing, leasing, maintenance, and rent collection efforts Help control expenses, and support revenue growth Work closely with Property Manager/Assistant Property Manager to meet performance goals Qualifications: Experience as a Leasing Agent in multi-family housing Strong understanding of property management best practices and financials Proficient in MS Office and property management software Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills Ability to multitask as needed (and travel between sites, if required) Fluency in speaking Spanish We offer a competitive salary, full benefits package, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth. #J-18808-Ljbffr 5 West Group
