The Therapist will primarily work with stroke patients, who comprise 40% of the population. The facility features an OT gym equipped with a kitchen and a wide variety of technology. Strong collaboration exists between physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists. The position offers rewarding results in therapy. Candidates must have experience in acute care settings. Schedule includes Monday to Friday with some weekend coverage required. The work environment is supportive and encourages professional growth. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential for success. Candidates will need to demonstrate effective management of treatment ratios. Charting will be done using Cerner.
