The working environment of Movado Group, Inc. is entrepreneurial, people-oriented, dynamic, and fast-growing.To reinforce our GIT team, based in Bienne, we are looking for a:**IT Support Analyst (100%)****JOB PURPOSE**In this role, you will provide first and second-level support to all employees across 19 different sites in the EMEA region, at all levels of the organization.**JOB RESPONSABILITIES / ROLES**Your main tasks will include:* Ensure timely operational and technical support for personal computers and peripherals on a daily basis.* Provide and ensure prompt and effective troubleshooting, resolution and documentation of all problems and service requests.* Develop accurate documentation of installation and configuration procedures for both standard and non-standard software packages.* Manage deployment and rollout of software and hardware.* Maintain an accurate inventory of GIT clients’ assets.* Create and maintain our knowledge base to support our users.* Ensure all our network assets are secured by collaborating with our Cybersecurity team.* Assist with new company opportunities in our region, such as opening new offices or moving existing offices.**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**Required degree:* Apprenticeship’s degree in Computer Science or related fieldRequired knowledge:* Fluent in French and English.* Proficient knowledge of Microsoft office, knowledge of SAP is an asset.* Experience with Desktop or Help Desk support is an asset.Required competencies:* Rigorous, excellent sense of organization, coordination, and priorities.* Ability to work autonomously.* Proactive team player.* High degree of customer focus.* High energy / Strong Work Ethic.* Results-oriented.Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines.**WHAT WE OFFER*** A dynamic, respectful, and international environment* A motivated and positive team* Flexible working hours* Hybrid working (2 days home office per week)* Health insurance contribution* Attractive employee discounts* Long Service Awards* Competitive pension plan* Central location, close to the train stationIf you are interested in evolving within the Information Technology area and believe you possess the necessary skills and background, please submit your application with your CV.**MGI Luxury Group Sàrl**For more information about our company, visit us on #J-18808-Ljbffr
