Your primary focus will be generating new business, converting prospective customers into policyholders, and contributing to the agency's overall sales production.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outbound calls, prospecting, referrals, and agency-generated leads

• Engage prospective customers in meaningful conversations to understand their priorities, evaluate their insurance needs, and recommend appropriate coverage

• Prepare quotes, present solutions, and close sales by communicating the value of available insurance products

• Promote and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial Insurance products, as appropriately licensed

• Maintain an active pipeline of prospective customers through organized outreach and consistent follow-up

• Strengthen existing customer relationships through policy reviews, personalized communication, and identifying additional coverage opportunities

• Work toward established sales and production goals while supporting the agency's continued growth

• Track sales activity and customer interactions using CRM systems and agency tools

• Develop your product knowledge by staying informed on coverage options, underwriting guidelines, and industry requirements

• Participate in sales coaching, team meetings, and training to continuously improve your performance

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least one year of experience in sales, customer service, or insurance preferred , with demonstrated success meeting measurable goals

• Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills

• Confidence initiating outbound calls, presenting solutions, and asking for the sale

• The ability to navigate objections, handle rejection professionally, and remain persistent

• A self-motivated approach to achieving individual and team performance expectations

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• The ability to manage multiple leads, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain consistent follow-up

• A positive attitude toward coaching, feedback, and professional development

• An active Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance license preferred, or willingness to obtain the required licensing

• Bilingual communication skills are a plus

Insurance experience is not required. Candidates with successful backgrounds in retail sales, automotive sales, telecommunications, banking, hospitality, or other goal-oriented environments are encouraged to apply.

Compensation Range: $55K - $75K
