The Practice – A Multi-Hospital System UMC Northeast – El Paso, Texas The brand new Emergency Department has 12 ED beds. Anticipated 18k annual ED visits. Single physician coverage and 12 hours of APP coverage per day. Will allow 12-hour shifts. Video intubation equipment. Easy access to specialists for consultation. Streamlined transfer process for admissions. UMC East – El Paso, Texas The brand new Emergency Department has 12 ED beds. Anticipated 18k annual ED visits. Single physician coverage and 12 hours of APP coverage per day. Will allow 12-hour shifts. Video intubation equipment. Easy access to specialists for consultation. Streamlined transfer process for admissions. UMC Surgical Hospital – El Paso, Texas 6 ED beds. Anticipated 2,500 annual ED visits. Single physician coverage. 12- and 24-hour shifts. Video intubation equipment. Easy access to specialists for consultation. Streamlined transfer process for admissions.
