Job Title: Medical Assistant (PCP/Float) Location: North Hollywood, CA
Duration: 14 Weeks
Shift: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-4:30 PM Job Summary: Assist providers and clinical staff in delivering quality patient care by performing both clinical and administrative duties. Support patient flow, prepare exam rooms, collect vital signs, assist with procedures, and maintain clinic operations in a fast-paced outpatient setting. Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare patients for exams and obtain vital signs and medical history.
- Assist providers during examinations and minor procedures.
- Collect laboratory specimens and perform basic clinical procedures.
- Maintain exam rooms, medical equipment, and clinic supplies.
- Document patient information and procedures in Athena EMR.
- Coordinate specialist appointments and support patient care activities.
- Perform quality control checks and maintain required clinic logs.
- 2+ years of Medical Assistant experience in a clinical setting.
- Experience working with geriatric, frail, or elderly patients.
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Home Health or outpatient clinic experience.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Experience with Athena EMR .
