• Verify test results for precision, troubleshoot inconsistencies, and conduct regular maintenance and calibrations on laboratory equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
• Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for various diagnostic procedures.
• Thoroughly document all laboratory processes, participate in training new colleagues or students, and uphold the highest standards of laboratory quality.
• Ensure a clean and safe laboratory environment while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation protocols.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health discipline along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within a year from the date of hire.
• Continuous maintenance of certification throughout your employment.
