You'll play an active role in the monthly close cycle, balance sheet reconciliations, cash reporting, and financial schedule preparation — all while partnering with cross-functional teams and contributing to ongoing process improvements.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and record journal entries accurately and on timeAssist with cash activity tracking, bank reconciliations, and reportingComplete balance sheet reconciliations and support intercompany reconciliation processesSupport monthly close activities in adherence to reporting deadlinesAssist in preparing financial schedules, reports, and P&L analyses with commentaryAssist with accounts receivable and remittance trackingCommunicate issues and resolution status to Finance leadershipContribute within a team environment while progressively taking on increased responsibilitiesWhat You'll NeedMinimum of 1 year of general accounting experience required; 2+ years preferredSolid understanding of general ledger accounting and reconciliation processesStrong attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting softwareClear communicator who can work independently and collaborate cross-functionallyA proactive mindset — someone eager to learn, grow, and take ownership over time#INAUG2026
