Job Details Requirements: J.D. from an accredited law school Admission to the New Jersey Bar (or eligibility for admission to NY is a plus) Prior experience in trusts and estates law, including experience with some combination of: Drafting wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and related estate planning documents Estate and trust administration Advising fiduciaries, beneficiaries, and family offices Estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning Strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines with attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Professional demeanor and strong commitment to client service Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and families is required Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
