CT Technologist - Weekend Program

Role Overview: This position involves performing radiographic procedures independently, with a focus on CT imaging, requiring technical expertise and judgment. The role includes managing designated areas or procedures, ensuring quality and safety in diagnostic imaging. Responsibilities Operate CT scanners, power injectors, and related equipment proficiently. Evaluate and select appropriate exposure factors; assess image quality. Manipulate equipment, transport patients, and adapt to emergent situations. Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with safety standards. Perform related duties as assigned by the Cat Scan Manager. Qualifications & Skills Completion of AMA-approved Radiologic Technology training and ARRT registration in Radiography. Preferably one year of CT experience. Must hold an American Heart Association Healthcare Provider CPR card or complete training within probation. Technical skills in medical scanning, cross-sectional anatomy, computer systems (PACS, HIS/RIS), and power injectors. Physical ability to lift, move patients, stand, walk, and handle stressful situations effectively.
