Job Title

Lead and coordinate daily activities of a 2nd shift team (4-6 machinists)

Perform hands-on CNC setups, prove-outs, and troubleshooting of complex parts

Operate CNC machines as needed to support workflow and priority jobs

Ensure compliance with AS9100 standards, quality requirements, and internal procedures

Interpret blueprints, GD&T, and work instructions to ensure accuracy

Drive accountability for quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery

Communicate effectively with programming, quality, and day shift leadership for smooth handoffs

Identify and implement process improvements to reduce scrap and improve cycle times

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Take ownership of team results with focus on precision, accountability, and continuous improvement

7+ years of CNC machining experience in a high-precision environment (aerospace/defense preferred)

Strong experience with machine setup, tooling, and troubleshooting complex parts

Prior leadership or lead experience preferred

Proficient in blueprint reading and GD&T

Experience with 5-axis machining and exotic materials (Inconel, Titanium, etc.) strongly preferred

Strong communication and leadership skills

Must be able to legally work in the United States

Must be a U.S. person as defined in ITAR, 22 CFR 120.15 (U.S. Citizenship or Resident Alien Status)

$3,500 sign-on bonus
