Job Description

Daily Duties

Greeting customers : Listen to car problems and write down notes.
Creating estimates : Look up parts and labor prices to give price quotes.
Scheduling work : Book appointments and set repair times.
Updating clients : Call customers with repair updates and get approval for extra work.
Closing tickets : Collect payments and explain the final bill. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
